Marina Shrady attended the Art Students League in NYC and studied under Will Barnet where she was awarded a merit scholarship from the National Arts Club in Manhattan. She also attended The School of Visual Arts, where she earned a BFA. Marina also studied at the Corcoran Museum School Washington DC.
Marina is the granddaughter of sculptor Henry Merwin Shrady and the daughter of artist/sculptor Frederick Shrady.
Marina has shown at the School of Visual Arts Gallery in Manhattan, the Duluth Art Institute, the Elaine Benson Gallery in Bridgehampton, NY, the Clarke Galleries in Palm Beach, FL and Stowe, VT, the Clarke Fine Arts Gallery in Manhattan, The Kershner Gallery in Fairfield the Bendheim Gallery in Greenwich, CT, the Flinn Gallery in Greenwich CT, as well as other private galleries in the metropolitan New York area. Her clients include corporate executives, celebrities, and private collectors throughout the country.
Marina continues to create inspired contemporary artwork at her mid-century studio and retreat along the Mianus River in Fairfield County, CT.
